On January 5th, 2023 I hosted a Zoom workshop that featured a 'New Year Journey'. It was a lovely evening with 14 people gathered to connect, journey, share, and re-kindle their appreciation for journey work. A few days later I was asked if the session had been recorded and if possible, could it be shared. We thought it was a great idea and while it wouldn't be the same without the interactions and discussion, it was an opportunity for many more people to benefit. Chris got to work editing out all the participant contributions and identities, while saving the teachings I offered and the guided journey itself, including the accompanying drumming.
